Delivery during Covid-19

Please note that the impacts of Covid-19 has affected and disrupted much of our supply chain and has resulted in reduced capacities in our suppliers’ factories, as well as increased handling and processing times at the South African harbours.

These factors, coupled with the increase demand, means that many of our products are out of stock as we wait for incoming shipments.

This means that your shipping & delivery ETAs may be longer than usual. These ETAs are generated based on the information we receive from our suppliers.

We’re working to restock any affected items as quickly as possible, and once your order arrives in our facility we’ll ship it out to you as soon as we can.
